Venture unfair advantage
1.) My resource list for my Pawfect matching system are:
- Expense
- Implementation that it is geared toward
- Support from rescues and shelters
- Support from Animal planet
- Easily attainable
- An uncharted market
- accuracy
- simplicity
- Media driven
- Insurance
2.) Describing each in deatil:
- My product is relatively cheap only going for $2 for the matching system, which I have not witnessed any other rescue or shelter having. I consider this my greatest separation from other buisnesses.
-The product idea is not new, but the execution of it is; it is not done online but in person.
- I have already gained support from two shelters and one rescue, which speaks volumes on it's own.
- I have also gained support from animal planet which is a great privilege to say and hardly easy to obtain.
- This product is meant to represent the word easy, it only takes a few clicks away to be installed and get a match.
- No one has done this before as I've mentioned previously and that leaves my product plenty of room with limited to no competition.
- The results from my system will give accurate results in regards to your perfect match and though this should be a common thing for matching quizzes it is still an important resource to have for my product.
- This system is meant to make adoption and animal searching simpiler for adopters, simplicity is a resource that everyone looks for in technology.
- The internet and social media is how I would gain attention of my product and gain a following.
- It provides an insurance that the animals adopted won't be returned and provides insurance to adopters that they are getting the right pet for their home.
3.) I think the most important aspects that separate my product from the rest are Insurance, an uncharted market, and simplicity. I think the simplicity is an overlooked aspect because a lot of online quizzes claim to be easy but then become complicated as most find out during the quiz. My uncharted market is if not the only reason, at least the main reason that my product has limited competition; the most important aspect of my idea. Insurance is also overlooked sometimes especially with animal adoptions because both parties are taking a chance of faith in accepting a stranger in their life. My product will provide that a solid base for adopters, knowing that this is the right pet for themselves and visa versa.

What if the matching service also had coupons and suggested certain brands that may sponsor the matching system? I'd sponsor it in my hypothetical business! My business is a product line of poop bag holders, collars, leashes with matching bandanas and t shirts for the human. They'd have matching colors and patterns. Anyway, maybe finding a sponsor would be better than ashing people for their credit card information - which people don't like giving away.
